Go to app.datagroomr.com and connect using your Salesforce credentials. If you installed via the Salesforce Appexchange, you can get to DataGroomr by navigating to the “DataGroomr” tab within Salesforce.

All unique records can then be imported, while duplicates can disregarded or used to update existing records in Salesforce....
