Go to app.datagroomr.com and connect using your Salesforce credentials. If you installed via the Salesforce Appexchange, you can get to DataGroomr by navigating to the “DataGroomr” tab within Salesforce.

DataGroomr's Trimmr app leverages machine learning to find duplicates so that you don't have to create rules or normalize your data.  Not only that, Trimmr continuously improves by  learning from your actions.  Each time you merge duplicates, Trimmr is becoming an expert dedicated just to you and your data.

DataGroomr's Importr module leverages machine learning to find duplicates when bulk importing data into Salesforce.  Each time you load new data, it is analyzed for matches in Salesforce.  All unique records can then be imported, while duplicates can disregarded or used to update existing records in Salesforce....

DataGroomr is compatible with Salesforce Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited and Developer Editions. Professional edition is also supported if Asynchronous API is enabled.
