You may encounter the following error when attempting to install the DataGroomr App from the Salesforce AppExchange:
This package can’t be installed.
There are problems that prevent this package from being installed.
ConnectedApp An unexpected error occurred. Please include this ErrorId if you contact support.
You may also encounter an issue logging in to DataGroomr with the following error message from Salesforce
We can't authorize you because of an OAuth error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator. OAUTH_APPROVAL_ERROR_GENERIC : An unexpected error has occurred during authentication. Please try again.
These issues occurs due to recent changes in Salesforce's Connected App management.

To resolve it, follow these steps in Salesforce Admin Setup:
1. Navigate to Manage Connected Apps
2. Uninstall DataGroomr Connected App
3. From Salesforce AppExchange Install DataGroomr Managed Package https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000FMagqUAD
4. Reconnect Manage Connected App by reauthenticating Salesforce through the DataGroomr UI
