The scenario shown below will retain nonempty values in the "Account Number", "Company Domain" and "Account Rating" fields from a record having most recent "Sent On" value.

The scenario show below will retain any values, including blanks in the "Account Number", "Company Domain" and "Account Rating" fields from a record having most recent "Sent On" value.
