Staged Enrichment with Automatic and Manual Apply Modes
Enrichment results are now stored in DataGroomr as soon as they are returned from the provider, before anything is written to Salesforce. If a Salesforce write fails, the results are kept and can be retried without calling the provider again or using additional credits. Each enrichment action has a new Apply results setting in the Target Mappings section: Automatic writes results to Salesforce immediately, while Manual holds them for review until someone approves them. The apply mode appears as a MANUAL or AUTOMATIC tag on each action card in the dataset's Enrich tab. Running Enrich on demand follows each action's mode, and when manual results are produced, the review queue opens automatically. Pending results expire after 30 days, and applied results are removed from staging immediately.

Enrichment Review Queue
A record-by-record review dialog for staged enrichment results, showing Before and After values side by side with a switch for each changed field. Reviewers can edit a proposed value before applying it, using an input that matches the Salesforce field type. Choose Apply, Skip, or Ignore for each record, with keyboard shortcuts (A, S, I) and arrow-key navigation. Live counts show applied, ignored, and pending records, and Apply All clears the remaining queue in one step after confirmation.

DG-6419
Pending Changes Bar and Record Badges
A new Pending changes bar above the Cleanse grid summarizes how many Enrich and Verify changes are waiting, and clicking a count opens the matching queue. Records with pending changes show a badge under the record name (for example, "3 enrich" or "1 verify") so pending work is visible while scrolling the grid.
DG-6421Queue Navigation for Verification Suggestions
The verification suggestion dialog now works as a queue, with the same navigator, Apply / Skip / Ignore actions, keyboard shortcuts, and summary counts as the enrichment review queue. This lets you work through a backlog of suggestions without returning to the grid between records. Replace is now labeled Apply, and Cancel is now Close.

Data Integrity Check for Imports
A new Data Integrity panel at the top of Transfer (import) datasets summarizes every data problem in a staged file before it is pushed to Salesforce, grouped by severity: blocking (the record can't be inserted), warning (the record inserts with missing or degraded data), and info (advisory only). Checks include email syntax, phone formats with one-click auto-formatting of 10-digit numbers, and ambiguous date formats, which are resolved as a single column-level choice between DD/MM/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY. Adjustments made from integrity suggestions are reflected in the grid's New section so you can review the data exactly as it will be imported. Reporting is available on all plans; resolution actions require Professional or Enterprise.

Wait Step in Workflows
Workflows can now include a Wait step to space out subsequent steps, for example to give asynchronous processing time to settle. Wait times range from 1 minute to 24 hours, with a default of 15 minutes.
DG-6558Mass Update in Workflows
Mass Update can now be added as a step in workflows, so bulk field updates can be automated alongside other operations.
DG-6494Trigger Salesforce Flows from Live Dedupe on Cross-Object Datasets
You can now select a Salesforce Flow to run when Live Dedupe detects a match on a cross-object dataset, matching what was already possible for single-object datasets.
DG-6372Folders in Enrichment Actions
Create folders and organize enrichment actions into them to keep large collections of prompts structured and easier to manage.
DG-6464"Fields Count Where" Block in Data Quality Models
The fields count block in Data Quality models now supports a condition, so scores can be calculated against a subset of fields, such as only the fields that are not empty, rather than all selected fields.

Improvements

KeyDescription
DG-6601Verify Package: Updated Permission Model
Viewing verification results now follows standard Salesforce access, so anyone whose profile can reach the package can see results without a DataGroomr permission set. Running verification, applying suggestions, Campaign Verify Emails, opt-out, and the Verify by DataGroomr Flow action require the DataGroomr Verify User or DataGroomr Verify Admin permission set. Managing credits requires Admin. The permission sets previously labeled Standard User and Restricted User are now labeled User and Viewer. API names and existing assignments are unchanged. The Verify component also respects field-level security: fields the user can't read are hidden and not verified, and suggestions can't be applied to read-only fields. See the upgrade note below.
DG-6630Verify Component Reuses Stored Results
Clicking Verify in the DataGroomr Verify component no longer spends credits when the value was already verified and hasn't changed. Instead, the stored result and its verification date are shown. Use Reverify to request a fresh verification. The Verify by DataGroomr Flow action has a new optional Force verification input (default: on), so existing Flows keep working as before.
DG-6537Campaign Verify: Include Previously Verified Members
The Campaign Verify Emails confirmation screen has a new Include previously verified members option (unchecked by default) for refreshing stale verification results. When checked, all members with an email address are re-verified and their previous status, score, and date are overwritten.
DG-6498Enrichment Credit Estimates with Breakdown
Enrichment actions now start at a base of 10 credits, with additional credits estimated from the tools and processing complexity involved. Click the credits figure in the action editor to see how the estimate was calculated.
DG-6562Enrichment Action Editor Refinements
The estimated cost per record now appears at the top of the Execution Plan card. Output fields that aren't mapped default to Skipped, and the Needs Match state has been removed.
DG-6540Consistent Progress for Mass Operations
Progress for all mass operations now appears in the dataset toolbar, consistently across all dataset types.
DG-6486Plan Tags During Trial
Trial users now see PRO and ENT tags on features that are limited to specific plans, making it clear which features are included in each tier.
DG-6602Skeleton Loaders on the Cleanse Page
When a Cleanse dataset is loading or refreshing, skeleton loaders are now shown instead of placeholder text that could be mistaken for actual values.
DG-6553Updated Section Style
Expandable sections now use a flat style with rounded borders instead of shadows.

Fixes

Merge

  • DG-6535 – Fixed an issue where merging custom objects could delete a related child record and then fail to re-create it on the master record. Child records are no longer deleted unless they can be re-created.
  • DG-6534 – Fixed custom object merges (such as Product) failing with "entity is deleted" when the duplicate had related records in the Salesforce Recycle Bin.
  • DG-6583 – Fixed custom object merges being blocked by a DUPLICATE_VALUE error when the master record already held an equivalent related record, such as a Topic Assignment or a junction record with a unique key.
  • DG-6584 – Fixed custom object merges failing with "You can only add up to one what relation" on objects with Shared Activities enabled.
  • DG-6605 – Fixed custom object merges failing when a related child record contained a unique or external ID field.
  • DG-6604 – Fixed merges failing when a copied related record included Created By, Created Date, Last Modified By, and Last Modified Date fields that the merging user wasn't permitted to set.
  • DG-6598 – Fixed person account merges failing with MERGE_FAILED when both person accounts were related to the same household account.
  • DG-6492 – Fixed merge backups failing repeatedly in orgs where a "DataGroomr" library already existed but the merging user wasn't a member of it.
  • DG-6606 – Fixed existing Master Record Rules and Field Value Rules not displaying their selected fields when opened.

Verify

  • DG-6552 – Fixed an issue in the Verify component where applying a suggested address to a custom address field updated the street, city, and postal code but not the state and country.
  • DG-6525 – Fixed the Verify component not recognizing DataGroomr Verify permission sets assigned through permission set groups.
  • DG-6539 – Improved the reliability of email verification for Yahoo and Yahoo-hosted domains (such as aol.com and att.net).
  • DG-6551 – Estimated credits in the mass verify dialog now reflect applied filters, with a note that previously verified values are skipped unless Force Verification is on.
  • DG-6561 – Added the missing Force Verification option to the mass verify dialog in Transfer datasets.
  • DG-6411 – Address suggestions are now offered only when they actually correct the address.
  • DG-6532 – Fixed triggers that couldn't be reactivated when they were created by a user who has since been removed or deactivated.

Oscar (DataGroomr AI Agent)

  • DG-6528 – Oscar now correctly recognizes Undo Merge and Rollback Merge and answers based on the features available on your plan.
  • DG-6587 – Oscar now reports the same credit balance shown on the Credits page.
  • DG-6590 – Fixed several cases where Oscar reported figures that didn't match the app, including record counts for Cleanse datasets, group scores, match thresholds, and whether an operation was triggered by automation.
  • DG-6613 – Oscar no longer offers to merge Lead-to-Contact matches. Instead, it explains that these records should be converted from the Comparison screen.
  • DG-6529, DG-6536 – Fixed workflows created by the agent remaining in progress, and the agent offering to run a workflow it couldn't start.

Rules and Matching

  • DG-6526 – Fixed several issues in the rule editors involving date and datetime fields, including Transform rule previews that didn't match production results, incorrect date output types, and inconsistent date-to-text conversion.
  • DG-6554 – Fixed an empty dictionary dropdown in the "find and replace using dictionary" block of the Transform rule editor.
  • DG-6399 – Fixed matching models assigning a score of 100 to records with different email addresses after field weights were adjusted.
  • DG-6588 – Aligned slider widths in matching models.

Automation and Notifications

  • DG-6564, DG-6599 – Account Admins no longer receive incorrect "automation is assigned to a deactivated user" emails for new self-signups who own no automation.
  • DG-6614 – Fixed Live Dedupe stopping silently when the user who last modified the dataset needed to re-authenticate with Salesforce.
  • DG-6565 – Improved handling of scheduled jobs for orgs whose Salesforce connection requires re-authentication.
  • DG-6403 – Fixed Target Mappings sometimes appearing empty when creating an enrichment action from a prompt.

User Interface

  • DG-6533 – AI Recommendation tags in Dedupe now keep their color coding in Semi-Dark mode.
  • DG-6559 – Fixed the dataset name not updating after switching datasets from the side menu.
  • DG-6531 – Long Flow descriptions in Dedupe can now be read in full through a tooltip.
