New Features

FeatureDescription
DataGroomr AI AgentAI Agent (codename Oscar) now helps you navigate and setup DataGroomr with a smart type-ahead, a searchable chat history panel, and awareness of the page you're currently on. It can help you find answers, diagnose your data issues and set up DataGroomr for you.
Import Data Integrity CheckStaged import files now get an at-a-glance Data Integrity panel summarizing every validation problem (picklists, required fields, formats, and more) grouped by severity—blocking, warning, or info—before you push to Salesforce.
Dark/Semi-Dark ThemesAdded dark and semi-dark theme options for the app, switchable from an icon in the navigation. The preference persists between sessions.
Sandbox TransfersNew Setup > Copy Configuration page lets you compare and copy datasets, matching models, rules, and DQ models between your production and sandbox orgs, with Overwrite/Keep Both conflict handling.
Transfer Dataset Validity FiltersAdded filters for verify fields in Transfer datasets, also surfaced in the relevant mass action dialogs so you can review them in context.
New Enrichment Provider IntegrationsAdded eight new enrichment providers, all connected with your own credentials: LeadMagic, Surfe, PredictLeads, Explorium, Tomba.io, RocketReach, Forager, and FullEnrich—covering people and company search, email/phone discovery and verification, technographics, and firmographic data.

Improvements

ImprovementDescription
Redesigned Dataset Page HeaderDedupe, Cleanse, and Transfer dataset pages now show a compact header with object/LIVE title tags, consolidated configuration pills (matching models, DQ models, actions), record counts, and last-analyzed time. Each pill links directly to the relevant settings tab instead of requiring you to hunt through the settings dialog.
Assign Transform Rules to Datasets & FieldsTransform Rules now have an Assign button on the rules list, matching the existing Field Merge Rules pattern. You can assign a rule to specific fields across multiple datasets in one place instead of configuring each dataset's Cleanse settings individually.
Clearer Enrichment Error MessagesEnrichment failures now show clear, categorized, user-friendly messages instead of raw API errors. Enrichment also retries automatically after a transient failure instead of silently giving up.
Enrichment Progress BarMass enrichment now shows a progress bar in Cleanse and Transfer datasets, consistent with other mass operations.
Simplified Salesforce MCP SetupThe External Client App is now included in the DataGroomr Platform package, so Salesforce MCP communication can be enabled without extra manual setup steps.
Refreshed Import Confirmation ScreenUpdated the confirmation screen shown during import for a clearer experience.

Fixes

  • DG-6366: Fixed background jobs and real-time triggers continuing to run under a deactivated DataGroomr user's credentials; the trigger or schedule is now auto-disabled and org admins are notified so it can be reassigned.
  • DG-6402, DG-6409: Fixed a custom-object merge issue where related records beyond the Salesforce subquery limit were silently dropped while the merge was still reported as successful; undo now restores the full related-record set and chunks large restores.
  • DG-5711, DG-6327, DG-6329: Fixed multiple NPSP merge and rollback issues where related records (including Notes) were not fully restored or merged.
  • DG-6368: Fixed a verification bug where a single provider error aborted the entire run and was reported as a warning instead of a failure; verification now continues past individual record errors.
  • DG-6436: Fixed a Transfer issue where Mass Update with a verify-field filter moved all duplicates to the processed section instead of only the filtered ones.
  • DG-6438: Fixed a Transfer/Cleanse Mass Verify issue where the filter matched against the previous verification status instead of the current one after a value changed.
  • DG-6332, DG-6364: Fixed Dedupe widget errors, including a crash on cross-object datasets and an Apex CPU time limit issue after converting leads.
  • DG-6341: Fixed enrichment plan generation incorrectly consuming credits.
  • DG-6336: Improved performance of the Credits page and credit balance updates, which had been slow on accounts with a large transaction history.
  • DG-6334: Reduced wait times when re-analyzing or importing to large cross-match datasets.
  • DG-6363: Fixed Salesforce reauth reminder emails continuing to be sent to inactive users.
  • DG-6441: Fixed a "Job owner has been deactivated" login error occurring after removing an org.
  • DG-6467, DG-6468: Fixed Enrichment Actions page issues preventing deletion of unused prompts and showing the wrong selected count after a refresh.
  • DG-6478, DG-6481: Fixed Verify subscription issues showing an incorrect (Unlimited) user limit and causing an unexpected logout when opening Scheduled Jobs.
  • DG-6440, DG-6442: Fixed the Override Standard Convert flow never being invoked on lead convert, and the Override dropdown not being restricted on Standard and Pro subscriptions.
  • DG-6396: Fixed an auto-disabled Live-Dedupe dataset still triggering live dedupe for new or modified Salesforce records.
