Cloud storage page allows users to configure connections to external storage providers. These storage providers can be used to import files using Transfer.


Good to know: Salesforce files library cloud storage is available by default.


To access the Cloud Storage interface, navigate to the left-hand navigation bar and select Setup > Integration. On the Integration page, locate and select the Cloud Storage tile.



To add new storage provider, click on Add Storage button and select desired provider type.



The new connection dialog will open, specify connection name and other required fields. Optionally, click Test Connection before saving new connection. Click Save.



All configured external storage providers will be available in the Upload file or folder dialog.
