Permission Sets

There are three permission sets included in the DataGroomr Verify package.

  • DataGroomr Verify Admin - Enables full access to the Verify component
  • DataGroomr Verify Standard User - Enables the use of the Verify component and allows to verify
  • DataGroomr Verify Restricted User - Enables the use of DataGroomr Verify component in view only mode


Assign Permission Set


Salesforce administrators will be assigned DataGroomr Verify Admin permission set, in order to grant other users access to the Verify component, navigate to Setup > Users > Permission Sets, select permission set you'd like to assign



From the Permission Set page, hit Manage Assignments



Hit Add Assignment



Select users and hit Next, hit Assign and hit Done.
