The Cleanse Dashboard is used for several purposes.  First, any existing Cleanse datasets and their analysis summaries will be shown.  Secondly, users may create new datasets or configure existing ones.



To work with a specific dataset, select it on the dashboard or from the Navigation menu

Next to each dataset, you will see an overview of the number of total records, number of Low Quality, Invalid/Inaccurate Records and the Data Quality Model(s) associated to each dataset. Mass Verify now processes all records in a dataset, ensuring no records are left unverified. Validity scores display correctly in mass-action dialogs so you can quickly assess data quality before running actions. An important property is the last analysis date indicator.


Data Quality Scoring


Object data quality models are automatically associated with your object datasets and are displayed at the top of each dataset, allowing you to quickly monitor the quality of your data at a glance. Verification results are reused. If the same value (such as an email or phone number) is checked again, DataGroomr uses the stored result instead of consuming credits.
