Cleanse can be accessed from the link in the left hand Navigation menu or from a link in the dashboard.
If you have created one or more datasets for Cleanse, you can navigate directly to it by selecting it from the Navigation menu.
Optionally, you can access "New Navigation" layout above dashboard components. Brushr is renamed to Cleanse.
