Transfer can be accessed from the link in the dashboard or from the Navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
You can also jump directly into a specific import by selecting it from the Navigation menu.
Optionally, you can access the new navigation layout above dashboard components. Your choice is remembered, and new users start with this navigation by default. Importr is renamed to Transfer Module.
