DataGroomr’s task management module, SCHEDULR gives users the ability to automate certain tasks.  From the SCHEDULR dashboard, you can:

  • Add a new job
  • Run a job on-demand
  • Edit a job
  • Delete a job
  • Disable a job

 

 

  • Schedule Duplication Analysis

 

To schedule a duplication analysis, select SCHEDULR then select the ADD JOB button.

 

 

  • Provide a name for the job
  • Select an action…in this case select Analyze
  • Add a valid email address where job notifications will be sent
  • Select the dataset(s) you’d like to includes
  • Add a start date and frequency
  • Press the SAVE button to create this job

When the job is created, you can view it in the SCHEDULR dashboard. 



Schedule Mass Merge Tasks


To schedule a mass merge task, select SCHEDULR then select the ADD JOB  button.

 

 

Name the job, select the action (in this case, the action should be mass merge.)  Select the match confidence threshold for the mass merge job.

  • Provide a name for the job
  • Select an action…in this case select Mass Merge
  • Select a match confidence threshold
  • Choose a master record selection option
  • Pick a start date
  • Add a frequency at which the will be re-executed
  • Press the SAVE button to create this job
