DataGroomr checks website addresses for the following criteria

  • URL format validity

  • Domain name registration (DNS records)

  • Website HTTPS certificates.

Upon verification, a status of a valid or invalid website address is displayed under the website field.


DataGroomr will calculate a score and provide website address verification status

  • Unverified - The status of a website has not been verified yet 

  • Valid - all checks passed, a website is valid and reachable 

  • Invalid - website does not exist or is unreachable
