After rule is created it needs to be associated to a field of an object.
Navigate to a desired dataset in Brushr or Importr module, press Edit Dataset and select the Transform tab.
Search for a field that needs to be transformed and select a corresponding transform rule.
Associated transform rules can be executed on individual records on in bulk.
