You can manage your balance, add credits manually, or set up automatic reloading to ensure uninterrupted service.

The Credits window can be accessed using the dropdown arrow in the Org section (top status bar).

Viewing Your Credit Balance

On the Credits tab you can see:

  • Current balance – the number of credits available in your account.
  • Payment method – the saved card used for purchasing credits. You can update this by clicking the pencil icon.
  • Add Credits – click this button to manually purchase additional credits at any time.

If Auto-reload is currently disabled, you will see a notification with an option to enable it by clicking Edit.

Enabling Auto-Reload

Auto-reload automatically adds credits to your account when your balance reaches a set threshold. This ensures you never run out of credits while using credit-based features.

  1. Click Edit on the Credits balance page.

  2. In the Update auto-reload settings dialog:

    • Toggle Auto-reload credits to ON.

    • Set the threshold under When credit balance reaches. This is the balance at which auto-reload will trigger.

    • Choose the Auto-reload package to define how many credits are added each time.

  3. Click Update to save your settings.

Example

  • Balance threshold: 1,000 credits

  • Auto-reload package: 5,000 credits

When your balance drops to 1,000, the system will automatically add 5,000 credits and charge your saved payment method.

Notes

  • You may disable auto-reload at any time by turning off the toggle.

  • If auto-reload is disabled and your balance reaches zero, credit-based features will pause until you manually add credits.

  • All credit purchases are charged to the stored payment method.

Tip: Enable auto-reload if you rely on DataGroomr regularly - this prevents interruptions when your credits run low.
